Si vas a viajar a Londres en el puente de la Almudena seguramente puedas poner en práctica este nuevo vocabulario meteorológico en inglés.
- Sunny → Soleado
- Sun and clouds → Sol y nubes
- Cloudy → Nublado
- A couple of showers → Algunos chubascos
- Thunderstorm → Tormenta
- Snowing → Nevando
- Windy → Ventoso
- Thermometer → Termómetro
- Rainy → Lluvioso
Frases con vocabulario meteorológico en inglés (Weather)
Sunny
- English: It’s sunny today, so we can have class outside.
- Español: Hoy hace sol, así que podemos dar clase fuera.
Sun and clouds
- English: The weather is sun and clouds, perfect for a walk.
- Español: El tiempo está con sol y nubes, perfecto para dar un paseo.
Cloudy
- English: It looks cloudy; it might rain later.
- Español: Está nublado; puede que llueva más tarde.
A couple of showers
- English: We’ll have a couple of showers this afternoon.
- Español: Tendremos algunos chubascos esta tarde.
Thunderstorm
- English: A thunderstorm is expected tonight, so stay safe.
- Español: Se espera una tormenta esta noche, así que ten cuidado.
Snowing
- English: It’s snowing in the mountains right now.
- Español: Está nevando en las montañas ahora mismo.
Windy
- English: It’s very windy today; hold on to your umbrella.
- Español: Hoy hace mucho viento; sujeta bien el paraguas.
Thermometer
- English: The thermometer shows a very high temperature.
- Español: El termómetro marca una temperatura muy alta.
Rainy
- English: It’s rainy this week, so don’t forget your coat.
- Español: Esta semana está lluviosa, así que no olvides el abrigo.
Frases de la vida cotidiana
- Sunny & Windy: “It is a sunny day, but it’s also very windy, so hold onto your hat!” (Es un día soleado, pero también hace mucho viento, ¡así que sujeta tu sombrero!)
- Sun and clouds: “The forecast says sun and clouds, which is perfect weather for a walk.” (El pronóstico dice sol y nubes, que es el clima perfecto para un paseo.)
- Thermometer: “Look at the thermometer; it’s much colder than I thought!” (Mira el termómetro; ¡está mucho más frío de lo que pensaba!)
Frases de clima intenso
- Thunderstorm & Rainy: “I love staying home during a thunderstorm, especially when it gets very rainy outside.” (Me encanta quedarme en casa durante una tormenta, especialmente cuando se pone muy lluvioso afuera.)
